Easy Honey Baked Pear Recipe

An easy and nutritious honey-baked pear recipe to remedy dry skin, cough, and constipation.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Pears- any variety sliced
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon optional
  • 1/4 cup Walnuts optional
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Evenly coat a baking dish with coconut oil, then add the sliced pears to the dish.
  • Lightly drizzle honey on top of the the pears
  • Optional step: Sprinkle cinnamon, walnuts, or vanilla extract. Mix with a spoon or spatula to distribute the ingredients evenly.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the pears are fork tender (slightly browned).
